MSN Explorer failure

I have windows XP and MSN Explorer cant register me in,
and when I disconnect it stops responding, I have been
told to reload it, but where from, XP dosent come with a
product disc, just product recovery discs, and I cant
find it on them, my connection is working fine as
Internet Explorer is working ok.
