It's a little light on details, but it seems like
something that you would get from AOL. I would be hesitant
in doing anything with it without knowing where it came
from. A lot of people prey on AOL users for credit card
information, passwords, etc.

Just remember, AOL won't ask you for your credit card
information. But possibly it is something that can only be
reached from within AOL. (It is just a blank webpage when
I use the link.)
