norton found malicious script any clue what this is? i click on stop running
and go back to comp info on help and support it comes back again? any clue

HELPCTR.EXE is the engine that drives Help and Support. If its calling a
script that writes to system files, or the system Registry Norton may flag
it as potentially malicious.
