PowerDown After Shutdown

[Mad Mexican]

Still can't get the computer to power down after shutdown.
It would do it with Win2K, but it won't do it with WinXP.
Thanks for any assistance that can be provided.

How do you check BIOS settings? Any help will be greatly appreciated...
