Search function Lost

I have windows XP and all of a sudden on IE am unable to search. Instead, a
security alert comes up and on that side window, asks a person to log into a
site - I copied part of it. dothesearch.com/sidetemp.htm

What is it. How can I have my Search capability returned.....
