My friend who uses Windows XP Professional Version (SP1) experienced the "
There are no updates avaliable at this time message after runing the scan
and the "Windows" text is greyed out" problem. The Online WindowsUpdate
troubleshooter only shows Win9x/ME computers having the symptoms.
So can anyone help?
