Remote Assistance still wont work after I tried what they said to do!

Remote Assistance for me will not work still... I have
windows XP and I did what they said with the going to
performance and maintenance!... i dont understand why it
is not working... i had it on this computer before but my
computer crashed and I had it restored and now it does
not work... I have the right MSN downloaded and the
lastest ver. of it and I just want to know how I can get
it to work!!!!

Hi Jessika,

Windows Messenger is the right client for Remote Assistance, not MSN
Messenger.

Remote Assistance works fine in MSN Messenger assuming that Windows Messenger is installed
(but not necessarily running).
