Slow Outlook Express Access

Hi,

My wife's user session on our shared XP machine is
incredibly slow to access Outlook Express whereas I have
no problem with my user session - I get almost
instantaneous access.

Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Did you try, File>Compact all folders?

Sounds like your wife's Identity may have a problem. In any case, have a

to read and comprehensive resource for all things Outlook Express.
