Importing address book

I am trying to import my address book from outlook to
outlook express. I sure would arreciate any help at all.

In outlook click on file>then>import and export>now the import and export
wizard should open, choose import internet mail and addresses click next and
choose outlook express 4.x,5 now click or unclick import mail(your mail from
outlook) import address book(the one you need) and/or import rules(if you
use rules in your mail) then click next choose what you want and click
finish.
