lanmanserver could not start

Hi,

When I starting server service (lanmanserver) two events appears - see
below:
I'm trying to edit and correct this registry key but nothing happened
While I investigate process of starting this service with RegMon and FileMon
(from sysinternals.com)
and I found that the service 'known' what registry key it want to read.
But I don't know from where this information come and how to correct them?
