I am running Windows XP. Everytime I try to voice chat
with someone who is running Windows XP, I can not voice
chat unless that person puts down his/hers Windows XP
built in firewall. However I can carry a normal voice
conversation with other friends or family who is running
lower versions of Windows. Is there a way to solve this
situation.
