program not loading at startup..

I am having the same exact problem! I checked out
nortons internet security website and there's a fix on it
for this problem. The problem is that when we updated
NIS it had a corrupted file or something so I followed
the instructions completely and it didn't help AT ALL!
Please help me if you have found a solution or if someone
knows of a solution please post. IT IS SO ANNOYING!!!
