Did this occur before you changed BIOS settings as well?
If so, it is probably bad hardware of some kind (usually
RAM), or a dirty contact.
If this only started happening after you changed the BIOS
settings, we can't help you without knowing which change
causes this to start (ie, go back and change things back
one by one until you can boot).
