View Full Version : Windows Messenger connects to Outlook, should be Outlook Express
computer dude

I am using Windows XP with Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express 6.
Here's my problem:
Outlook 2000 is setup for one email account.
Outlook Express 6 is setup for another email account.
Windows Messenger checks when new email comes into Outlook 2000, but I
want it to check for new email in Outlook Express 6.
How do I do it?
Thank you in advance for a prompt response.

Greetings,
Windows Messenger only "checks" Hotmail.com/MSN.com accounts, it doesn't use Outlook or
Outlook Express for its mail feature (except for the 'Go to my e-mail inbox' for non-Hotmail
accounts may go to Outlook/Express since it is the default mail handler).
