Hotmail accoufnt

After I gain access to the intenet I am not being allowed
to access my Hotmail account. I have tried through
Messenger and Intenet Explorer without success. Don't
know how I will get a reply as I can't get access.

Can you be more specific about "not being allowed access", are you seeing any error messages
(if so, what are they), etc.?
