safe mode

i am in perpetual safe mode...keep getting a bright blue
error screen that locks up my computer...i cannot seem to
find anything to fix or come up with a solution...please
help...thanks

Can you tell us what the error message is? Its hard to come up with a
solution when we don't know the problem.
