Hi,
When i chat to my girlfriend on MSN Messenger, her new version sets it's
status to "Away" as she is typing me a message sometimes?
Has anybody else seen this, she is using XP Messenger.
Thanks,
Chris.

Greetings Chris,
Do you happen to know if she happen to be using Remote Desktop on a regular basis? If so,
this is just an anomaly. Just tell her the next time it happens and she can just right-click
the Messenger icon in the notification area/system tray (by the clock) choose My Status and
set it back to Online.

Hi Johnathan,
She doesn't use remote desktop ever, it was bizzare, it seems to have
cleared up now...so i'll put it down to a characteristic :-)
thanks for your help.
Chris.
