How do I make games work?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem I have got. I have upgraded a
friends computer from Windows ME to Windows XP. Everything is fine except
that the two games that I was given to load will not run under Windows XP.
The games are Black & White and a Disney game, The Emperors New Groove. I
have downloaded the latest VGA drivers and put the latest version of Direct
X on as well but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I
would be very grateful for any help that is offered.

Right click on the game shortcut / properties / compatibility. This will use
some of the 98 settings , and the game "might" run. jymjon

But have you checked with the software *suppliers*?
