I have the same problem. However I have 4 accounts on the
PC. The same error message you get occurs on 3 accounts
at the same time, but not on the 4th. However the account
that is working seems to vary! All of the 4 family
mambers can sign in through the account that is working.
My conclusion is that it is an XP problem....but that is
as far as I can get! If anyone can help it will stop a
lot of stress in the family!! Other info is that one of
the kids blocked MSN last week and the problems seemed to
have started about the same time(I have unblocked it)
