MSN Messenger

I am using MSN messenger and when I try to send a file it
says that it cant send because it is blocked... I can
receive them but cannot send them... can anyone help me
with this?

Greetings Kelley,

You might just need to turn off your Internet Connection Firewall in Windows XP. To do so,
click Start, then click the Control Panel. If you're in category view click Network and
Internet connections then click Network Connections. Right click the network/internet
connection, then click Properties. Click the Advanced Tab, and verify that the Internet
Connection Firewall is unchecked.
