NTFS to FAT32

I have change from ntfs to fat32 file system using
partition magic. However some of my files which has got a
chinese filename cannot be deleted or moved or rename. It
also does not recognise the chinese character anymore. I
already tried going to dos and delete them but still to
no avail. Can you help ?? Thank you. Please send a copy
