Need to Change Language

My exchange student (who is now back in Brazil!) set my
Windows Messenger default language to Portugese. Can
anyone help me restore back to English? Unfortunately I
do not have a net passport and can't figure out how to get
one in Portugese.

All you have to do is install the language version of your choice overtop. See here:
