Lost Mic

I have Logitech Cam and I've lost the ability to have a
voice conversation with someone. I g video in a video
conference but no mic. I've done the wizard tuning, test
with xp, test with media player. Can any one tell me how
to get it back, since I can't find microsoft email help
anywhere.
