OK, Now I understood that it has nothing to do with
Windows Messenger but with the Messenger Service.
Any way, is there a way to make it work so that I will be
able to send/recive net send messages?

You can go to Start -> Run and then start up a command prompt by either
typing command and then hitting ok, or by typing cmd and then hitting ok.
Once you get the command prompt type in
net start messenger
And then this will re-enable your messenger service and start it up.

More help is avalible by typing NET HELPMSG 2185.

Greetings Dan,
Probably not -- instead, download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/addmessengersvc.reg
After running/importing, you will need to reboot to see the change. After the reboot, the
Messenger Service should be started, if it's not, run the command Gary told you to.

Well first of all that did add the service name to the
list in servers, thank you very much.
But still there's a problem. When I try to start it in
the services window (It does not start by default) it
gives me an error saying:
->
could not start the messenger service on local computer.
Error 1075: The dependecy service does not exist or has
been marked for deletion.
->
Same when I try to start it through command.
Arrrr....
