Outlook Express

I deleted Outlook Express from my programmes list and also
from the Rycycle bin. How do I restore it please.

Likely you just deleted the shortcut to Outlook Express. Do a search for -
msimn.exe - and create a new shortcut. The file is located {in my computer}
at: "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe".
