Merssenger email add-in problem

Hi. I have just done a complete fresh install of all my software and now
when I try to access my hotmail via Windows Messenger Im told that I need an
add-in (which I know) - the problem is that it takes me to the add-in site,
but the page wont display (the address is
http://msid.msn.com/mps_id_sharing/redirect.asp?messenger.microsoft.com/download/addin.asp )

Whats going on here, and how can I install the add-in which lets me access
email.
