Startup message

[Irving Geary]

I recently reinstalled XP and since then each time I Boot
up I get the following message:

"The procedure entry point ?TOfdjpn@@ya?AW4_tag
tristatebool could not be located in the Dynamic Link
Library MNYSL.DLL"

I have been closing the message each time but would like
to stop it from coming up every time I boot.
