I cant send a file to another party with success, It
always says check with the administrator and or the
service provider, cause it could be blocked. I've never
had a problem with this before.

Greetings Rob,

You might just need to turn off your Internet Connection Firewall in Windows XP. To do so,
click Start, then click the Control Panel. If you're in category view click Network and
Internet connections then click Network Connections. Right click the network/internet
connection, then click Properties. Click the Advanced Tab, and verify that the Internet
Connection Firewall is unchecked.
