Corruption?

I have a user that whenever she opens outlook express and
starts downloading her email outlook express crashes. I've
dumped her mailbox several times so I know it's not
anything in her mailbox.

I'm not getting a specific error, just the box that says
OE has an error send or don't send report.

She's running IE 6.0 SP1, WinXP Pro

I deleted her mail files *.dbx so they would be recreated
as new and I'm still having trouble.

Any suggestions?

Help and support type PC HEALTH go to advanced info and look at the errors
from this view.

Also, control panel, admin tools and look at errors there.
