Hi
There are many people in my house and when messenger
comes up it automatically tries to sign into one account
and comes up with an error because the password is not
saved.
Is there anyway of taking off this one account so this
doesn't come up everytime anyone uses the messenger?
Thanks
Katie:)

Greetings Katie,

To remove this, click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then, click User
Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and then on the left side of the
screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the window that opens,
click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and click 'Remove'.
