Mail not being sent

I have four messages in "outbox", when put to "send",
only reaches 26% then stops. Be grateful for any advice.

Save the messages on the desk, and close OE. Find and delete your 'Outbox.dbx'
file in the "Store Folder" (OE, tools menu, Options, Maintenance tab). Restart
OE and send them again.

All email without "QZ" in the subject line will be automatically deleted.
