Whenever I try to access http://support.dell.com, I get
a 'cannot find server or DNS' error. I can access ANY
other portion of their site with no problem, until the
URL changes to support.dell.com. Problem is, is that
I can access it from my other computer on my LAN. I've
verified that my DNS information is correct and identical
on both machines. Tried to ping the site, but, they've
got it configured to drop the packets. I checked my HOST
and LMHOSTS files for any mention of it(since I ran into
this once before). Not having a problem accessing any
other sites. Unsure what could be occurring here. Any
help would be appreciated.
Thanks
