Compatibility database

I cannot get a compatibility mode fix to work. I create the fix using the
Compatibility Administrator Tool, based on an EXE file. I then distribute
the EXE and SDB that I created, to a CD. When I install the EXE to the
target computer, then run SDBINST.EXE given the SDB file I created, it
doesn't install the compatibility fix.

I'm not sure I'm creating/installing the fix properly. Any help would be
great!
