Hi all,

I am new to MSN Messenger. Could anyone please let me know if there are any
sites dedicated to this chat program and moreover any plug-ins available to
enhance its use?

http://www.mess.be has a few, in the top titlebar of the site, where you see [Download],
click that, and then choose MSN Messenger 6.
