Check with the ISP and see if the DSL Modem is a NAT modem, if so then it
is probably not going to work.

Which modem might be the offending modem? My modem where I
correctly hear and see, or my Aunt's where she does not
see or hear me? The ISP is Comcast in my area. Not sure
about my Aunt.

The side that does not receive a/v is usually the one at fault. We've made
improvements in MSN Messenger 6.0. You may want to see if that helps you
out. (you need to use it on both sides)

Sound like it is probably on her end. You can try someone else that you know
and see how that works.

What type of modem do you recommend other than a NAT
modem? I am not familiar with the other varieties.
Thank you all for these suggestions! I will try MSN 6
Preview (I think this is the version you mean) link on the
microsoft homepage first on both ends. If this does not
work, I'll have her change the modem and hope it solves
it. Otherwise, I might be back. Thanks again!
