screen display

hi!
my screen when you first turn it on from not useing for
days wiggles back an forth and takes a while to center
its self back to 17" screen view.Is it my screen that is
going bad cause i have only had it since february? I need
ghelp don't know what to do from here.Please help.

Monitors have an degaussing routine they do every so often
it lets them accounf for magnets, large metal objects, and
so forth.
after severall days, this is usually pretty big. I wouldn't worry about it
too much
