Greetings Anne,

You may want to check your Internet Explorer security settings -- open Internet Explorer,
click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then Advanced tab, scroll to the Security
section, and verify that "Check for server certificate revocation" is unchecked. Also verify
that 'Use SSL 2.0' and Use SSL 3.0' is checked, then click OK.

Yes johnathan's answer worked with me, so it should work for you, anne.

oh, johnathan, would your answer also make MSN Explorer install properly,
as when when i had "Check for server certificate revocation" ticked before
i unticked it, should MSN Explorer now install ok??

Hi Jason,

I'm not sure if this would effect MSN Explorer, try it =).
