I don't think this is caused due to ICS. MSN Messenger,
no matter what version, is only for one on one video-
conferencing. Which means you can only see and tak to one
person at a time. Most, perhaps all so far, IM programs
don't support multi-person video-conferencing. But if you
are interested, visit the site: http://www.ispq.com and
download the program, ISPQ Video Chat. Of course it will
cost you 39.99 for a license.
