About a year ago we had heard that you could not load
Office 2000 on to WinXP. In this forum yesterday I was
told that you could. I have installed it and it is
running fine..wooo hoooo!
My question is, what, if anything, has changed to allow
this...
Just curious,
Thanks

You could always run Office 2000 on XP. I bought 3 copies the day XP hit the
shelves and loaded all 3 systems with Office 2000 :-)

Greetings --
No, nothing's changed, in this respect. Office 2K has worked well
on WinXP since (at least) the first evaluation version, Release
Candidate 1, was released to the interested public.
