New upgrade problems

Evrytime that I download and install the messenger 4.7
upgrade for my windows XP , my meesenger goes inop. It
says that I can't sign in using my KNOWN! good password.
I then have to restore my system to a previous day to
regain use my windows messenger.

windows messenger?

hmmm...

try uninstalling msn messenger and then installing windows messenger once
this is done, re-install msn messenger.
