Try starting up in safe mode(f8 at start) from there go to control =
panel/user accounts and create a user

Hi Don,

Hit ctrl+alt+delete twice at that screen to get the Win2000 style logon
menu. This should allow you into the system. Once there, check the user
settings applet in the Control Panel.

I sincerely hope that you don't yell at your daughter the way you are doing
at those you expect to assist you. Typing all in caps is considered
