error message

When I try to visit certain websites, I get to it's
homepage and then I immediately get returned to my
desktop where an error message icon appears. The error
message reads: An unexpected exception has been detected
in native outside the vm. Unexpected signal :
exception_access_violation occurred at pc=0x695c9550
function name=(n/a) library= c:\windows\system32
\nvoglnt.dll

note: We are unable to locate the function name symbol
for the error just occurred. Please refer to release
documentation for possible reason and solutions.

I didn't have this problem before with these websites.
It seems it started after I installed updates to windows
xp. However I don't know if this has anything to do with
this problem. Please help if you can. This is starting
to get on my nerves. Thank You
