Insufficient files provided by DOS

I am unable to start my dos applicaion on WinXP home
edition , the software works very well on win95 and 98 i
tried compatability test also tried changing files and
buffers entry in config.sys and config.nt but nothing
worked will anyone help me Please

Xp does not support DOS. There is a dos emulator but no DOS as you knew it
in 95 and 98.

If you want to run dos, install dos.
