I have a computer running Windows XP. it is set up so that three different
people use it. my version of Internet Explorer 6 works perfectly but my
wife's and daughter's don't. every time my wife opens XP on her log in and
tries to open IE we get a message saying MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ RUNTIME
LIBRARY
Runtime Error!, abnormal program termination. is it possible to remove IE
from the other two sections of the computer and reinstall them without
messing up my version which it working OK?. if it is could someone tell me
how and whether it would work?

thanks in anticipation

paul

Clear their IE cache. (In each ID, Control Panel, Internet Options, Delete Files
button, include offline content.)

They might also need to change their home page.
