MSN Messenger 6 and Windows Messenger

I thought these 2 products would be the same, however,
they are different and I guess will remain that way. Can
MSN Messenger6 and Windows Messenger both exist at the
same time on a Windows XP Pro machine? Will it cause any
problems?

If both Win Messenger and MSN messenger are starting up simultaneously, then
it can create problems, hence disable one of them from starting up with
Windows. And yes, they can both exist simultaneously.
