My recycle bin always claims to have 37 items in it. When
I open the recycle bin, no files show. When I try to
empty the bin, I get an error message saying that it
can't find the file "ORFOLK(a non-English symbol)N"
specify a path and location. I have searched the drives
and registry for "ORFOLk" and get no results. I can
empty all the files in the bin, except these phantom 37.
How do I get rid of this message?
