After a fresh reload of XP Home, Norton 2002, all Windows Updates,
Norton Updates and a new Giga-Byte motherboard one of my clients
computers began to recover from fatal errors again. The same problem
they were expirencing before the rebuild. They use a program called
Office Mate to access a database on a file server. Its an optomtrist
software package. I've searched around but have not come up with much
yet. Here are the details from the error message:

BCP1:00000006
BCP2:00000002
BCP3:00000001
BCP4:F756F104
OSVER:5_1_2600 SP:1_0
PRODUCT:768_1

An event in the event log had this info in it but I don't know if it
relates to the same problem. This info was passed to me over the
phone.

rpcrt4.dll, Version 5.1.2600.1140, Fault 0x0000A3FC

This problem started recently. Is it possible that a Windows Update
or a Norton Update is causing the errors with their software?

Thanks again,
