1) Posting all in caps is considered yelling, is incredibly rude and
makes your post extremely hard to read.

2) If you have an old computer, that isn't running Windows XP, why are
you posting in an XP group? Please relocate yourself to the correct place.

3) Please repost, in the correct group (surely you are capable of
locating one that has 'Office' or 'Word' somewhere in the topic name?) When
you do, don't yell at them, but post in properly punctuated sentences.

4) What do you mean by 'cash receipts', anyway? Are you referring to
invoices?

Hi MARHYA...
Click your Start button - Search - All files and folders -
(type) New Office Document (under 'All or part of a file name').
Click the Search button. In the right pane...right click
'New Office Document'...choose Open.
If the Cash Receipt Template is located there...click Cancel.
Right click the 'New Office Document' back in the Search pane
and choose Pin to Start Menu (if it is not already there).
Use your Cash Receipt from the Start Menu.
Or go to:
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/templategallery/
(with Word open...in the right Task Pane...click on
'Templates on Microsoft.com'). In the Search box
in the upper left hand corner type cash receipt
click the Go button.
On the next page...I believe you want the second or
third entry. Click 'Go to Preview' to the right of the entry.
If you find the one you want...just below it...
you'll see 'Edit with Word'. Click that and when
Word opens the receipt save it as a doc or template.
