Unknown problem initializing graphics.

I have been playing NFS:HS2 (a racing game) on my
computer for a while. I recently bought 2 new games and
installed them on my computer. One had bugs in it so I
uninstalled it. I recently tried playing NFS:HS2 again
and when I started the game, before anything came up, i
recieved the error message "Unknown error initializing
graphics." I uninstalled the 2 remaining games including
NFS:HS2 and reinstalled NFS:HS2, but it did not fix the
problem. I have restarted my computer multiple times and
attempted to find the problem through the control panel,
but I can't find anything that will help me. Tell me
what to do!!!! Thanks!
