Preventing others from adding to contacts?

[For Rent]

I was wondering.. using Messenger 4.7... Is there a way to prevent others
from adding me to their contact lists? I see an option for messenger to
alert me when they have added me, but I'm wondering if it's possible to stop
someone from adding me in the first place?

I have it set to block all people who are not on my contact list to not be
able to talk to me, but doesn't stop others from adding me to their list.

Unfortunately there isn't a feature like this, hopefully in the future this behavior might
change.
